I broke my wrist and my Dr. Suggested I get some exercise equipment to help build my strength back up and I found this on sale. It has been a lifesaver and really helped build my strength and flexibility back up. Total lifesaver!
I thought this was a close hand exerciser, it is not it is for open hand. However the quality is great and works well for those that need a open hand exerciser.
I can feel the improvements already and it's very portable and stable.
